Katrina Howard, Chair


Day Job: Compliance and Facilities Officer at Lexington-Fayette County Health Department

Katrina is the Compliance and Facilities Officer for the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department.  She oversees the compliance program, facilities operations, as well as the community health assessment and improvement plan, quality improvement program, policy management, strategic planning, and serves as the accreditation coordinator.

Katrina is happily married to Michael, has five children, and a furbaby Benny.  When she is not working, you can find her with her family, at a University of Kentucky event, or on a patio.

Day Job: Recovery Support Specialist at Spero Health

Emily joined Drug Free Lex as the board coordinator in 2017.  Emily is passionate about searching for a deeper understanding of substance use disorder and preventing its impact on the social, mental, and physical health individuals and communities.
